How can 8 words be so unheard by our industry that even when the technology promises to enhance our human experience forever, 99.9% of people wish it would just disappear?

Why is it so hard for the smartest people in the world to explain why the most important technological innovation of the 21st century should matter to you?

What usefulness can we expect from the products being built today when nobody has even started by trying to answer that simple question of why the person you’re building it for should care that it exists?

The blockchain has a serious communication problem.

In order for people to buy into the vision we all have, we need to start by answering why they even should, in a way that will matter to them. Forget the nodes and Bitcoins and democratization. Tell me why your product will solve a problem I have. It’s that simple and it’s the only path towards connecting with real people and businesses.

It might apply to news. It might be a new idea. It might be a rant. But by avoiding bias and not being afraid of taking a stance, we will pursue a rigid commitment to uncovering the most thorough and thoughtful answers to that question above. And we hope to have some fun along the way.
